Blue Ocean – Return & Exchange Policy
Return Period
Customers may return non-defective products within 7 days of delivery (“cooling-off period”) for a full refund, in line with UAE consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- For opened or used electronics, returns are accepted only if defective or not as described.
- Water-sport bookings / services are non-returnable once the activity date is confirmed (unless canceled by Blue Ocean).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the item and offer either:
- Replacement (same product)
- Repair (if feasible)
- Full refund (including shipping)
If repair is required and takes more than 14 days, we can provide a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- Email our support team at [your support email] with: order number, reason for return, and photos (if defect).
- Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide return shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for “change of mind” returns unless otherwise stated. For defective items, we will cover the return shipping.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item for inspection and refund.
- We’ll inform you by email once we’ve completed the refund.
Exchanges
- For exchanges of the same product (e.g., wrong color), follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- If the replacement costs more (or less), we will adjust the price accordingly before processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Items marked “final sale.”
- Water sports activity bookings once confirmed (unless canceled by Blue Ocean).
Warranty / Repairs
- Some products may have a manufacturer warranty — check the product page for warranty details.
- If a product is under warranty and develops a fault, we will coordinate repair / replacement with the manufacturer at no extra cost to you (unless otherwise stated).
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Laws. You may be entitled to further remedies through official consumer protection agencies if you believe your rights are not respected.
